Your Job
- Develop and implement our company-wide AI strategy
- Analyze business processes and identify and prioritize areas where AI can add value
- Design and delivery of AI solutions that reduce workload and increase efficiency in day-to-day business
- Select suitable technologies, coordinate external partners, and support the implementation of solutions into daily operations, including measuring their impact and results
- Build a company-wide digital mindset and promoting the adoption of emerging technologies
- Support teams in introducing new tools and working methods and integrating them into their daily routines
- Act as a central point of contact and work closely with all departments, especially in connection with other IT projects
Our Requirements
- A degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable practical background
- Several years of experience in project management and in AI or digitalization projects
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- The ability to explain technical topics in a clear and easy-to-understand way
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured way of working
- A good understanding of data protection and compliance requirements
- Excellent German and English skills
