Your Job
- Technical support and professional guidance for customer development teams
- Technical evaluation of project opportunities and business potential
- Support of customer meetings with a strong technical focus
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of technical solution concepts
- Creation, structuring, and editorial preparation of technical content
- Collection and documentation of detailed technical information from suppliers
- Development of product-related application documentation
- Planning and delivery of product presentations (software and development tools) as well as customer workshops and seminars
- Participation in trade fairs and events
- Root cause analysis and support in the complaint and escalation process
Our Requirements
- Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in development
- Embedded Linux expertise (Yocto, Ubuntu, Linux drivers)
- Low-level MCU development (ARM, bootloaders, peripherals)
- Connectivity technologies: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (including Bluetooth Audio), 4G LTE / 5G
- Display interfaces: MIPI, LVDS, HDMI, eDP
- Excellent German and English skills
- Ability to identify, manage, and successfully deliver technical projects
- Passion for innovation and technological advancement
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
