Your Job
- Full responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and long-term management of existing accounts
- Technical support (design-in) during product development and project support from concept to series production
- Continuous market and competitor analysis to identify and leverage new business opportunities
- Presentation of latest technologies and generation of project-based business
- Independent management of contract negotiations with customers and partners
- Close collaboration with customers’ purchasing and R&D departments
Our Requirements
- Strong sales mindset combined with solid technical expertise
- Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales or R&D
- Native-level German and excellent English skills
- Ability to identify, manage, and successfully close technical projects
- High level of initiative with a strong interest in structuring and developing a sales territory
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
