Your Job

  • Full responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory 
  • Consistent acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable management and expansion of existing accounts 
  • Strategic development of new market opportunities 
  • Technical support (design-in) during product development and oversight of projects from initial concept through to series production
  • Proactive presentation of the latest technologies and identification of project opportunities 
  • Independent execution of contract negotiations with customers and partners 
  • Close communication with our customers’ purchasing and development departments 
  • Ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify and leverage new business opportunities

Our Requirements

  • Strong combination of sales talent and solid technical expertise 
  • Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or telecommunications engineering 
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales or development 
  • Native-level German and very good English skills 
  • Ability to identify technical projects and drive them through to completion 
  • High level of initiative and interest in building and developing a sales territory in a structured way 
  • Passion for innovation and technological advancements 
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team-oriented mindset
