Your Job
- Full responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
- Consistent acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable management and expansion of existing accounts
- Strategic development of new market opportunities
- Technical support (design-in) during product development and oversight of projects from initial concept through to series production
- Proactive presentation of the latest technologies and identification of project opportunities
- Independent execution of contract negotiations with customers and partners
- Close communication with our customers’ purchasing and development departments
- Ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify and leverage new business opportunities
Our Requirements
- Strong combination of sales talent and solid technical expertise
- Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or telecommunications engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales or development
- Native-level German and very good English skills
- Ability to identify technical projects and drive them through to completion
- High level of initiative and interest in building and developing a sales territory in a structured way
- Passion for innovation and technological advancements
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team-oriented mindset
