Your Job
- Strategic expansion and further development of the assigned sales region
- Winning new customers and building up an opportunity pipeline
- Supporting and growing existing customers
- Maximizing portfolio footprint in customer projects through technical design-in support
- Close collaboration with R&D and the purchasing departments of our customers
- Performing price and contract negotiations
- Driving projects from initial idea to serial production
Our Requirements
- Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales ideally in component design-in
- Ability to identify and pursue technical projects
- Hands-on mindset and strong interest in developing a sales territory
- Passion for business, innovation and technological advancements
- Regular travel within the region
- Excellent English skills, plus knowledge of one of the regional languages
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
