Your Job
- Professional support and consulting for our international customers
- Careful and independent handling of customer inquiries
- Ongoing project coordination in close cooperation with the sales team
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities
- Close collaboration and negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Organizational support and coordination with the field sales team
Our Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related education
- Initial experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar position
- Native-level German skills and confident communication in English
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
- Independent, organized, and detail-oriented working style
- High level of initiative and strong organizational skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and positive attitude
