Your Job
- Monitoring and implementing new EU directives and regulatory requirements in the area of product compliance
- Continuous coordination with international manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product compliance
- Collecting, reviewing, and tracking relevant compliance documents and certifications
- Maintaining documentation of compliance-related topics
- Coordinating compliance matters with internal departments
- Supporting the implementation of legal requirements and quality standards across our product range
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal compliance processes
Our Requirements
- Completed commercial education
- Structured, accurate, and independent working style
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of reliability and focus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Enjoyment in communicating with international suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Confident handling of MS Office and administrative processes
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or assistant-related roles is an advantage
