Your Job
- Full ownership and development of a high-revenue sales territory with strategic growth responsibility
- Leadership, coaching, and development of a small regional sales team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
- Identification, acquisition, and long-term development of new customers while further strengthening existing key accounts
- Design and promotion of innovative, customer-specific technical solutions within the electronics sector (design-in approach)
- End-to-end project involvement – from initial concept through development to serial production
- Proactive presentation of new technologies and translation into business opportunities
- Independent execution of commercial negotiations, including pricing and contractual agreements
- Close collaboration with customers’ engineering and procurement teams
- Continuous analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth potential
Our Requirements
- Completed technical education or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications
- Several years of professional experience (minimum 3–5 years) in technical sales or a related R&D/sales interface role within the electronics industry
- Initial leadership experience or proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate people
- Nativ-level of French and excellent Englisch skills required
- Strong commercial mindset combined with solid technical understanding, ideally in areas such as passive components or frequency-controlled technologies
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage complex technical projects
- High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for market development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for innovation, new technologies, and customer-centric solution development
