Your Job
- Proactively support the product management team in strategic, operational, and organizational matters
- Maintain and update product-related data and information
- Coordinate and support marketing activities
- Conduct and prepare internal supplier evaluations
- Analyze sample deliveries and new projects
- Continuous support and management of selected sample items in the Sample Shop (online store)
- Coordinate and track tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Prepare and visualize process targets and results
- Act as an interface between internal teams and suppliers
- Support process improvements within Product Management
Our Requirements
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and confidence in phone communication
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for data
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-driven working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Assertiveness
- Excellent Excel skills
