Your Job

  • Full ownership and development of a high-revenue sales territory with strategic growth responsibility 
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of a small regional sales team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
  • Identification, acquisition, and long-term development of new customers while further strengthening existing key accounts 
  • Design and promotion of innovative, customer-specific technical solutions within the electronics sector (design-in approach) 
  • End-to-end project involvement – from initial concept through development to serial production 
  • Proactive presentation of new technologies and translation into business opportunities 
  • Independent execution of commercial negotiations, including pricing and contractual agreements 
  • Close collaboration with customers’ engineering and procurement teams 
  • Continuous analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth potential

Our Requirements

  • Completed technical education or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications 
  • Several years of professional experience (minimum 3–5 years) in technical sales or a related R&D/sales interface role within the electronics industry 
  • Initial leadership experience or proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate people
  • Nativ-level of French and excellent Englisch skills required
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with solid technical understanding, ideally in areas such as passive components or frequency-controlled technologies 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage complex technical projects 
  • High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for market development 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset 
  • Passion for innovation, new technologies, and customer-centric solution development
